🏠 We serve the following for our guests: Hoppers : T he bowl-shaped pancakes are made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk, resulting in a crispy, lacy edge and a soft, fluffy center. It is usually served with a curry of your choice - vegetarian or not - and an accompanying chillin sambol - the perfect combination to begin the morning. String Hoppers: Delicate threads of steamed rice flour woven into a mesmerizing nest, these make them the perfect canvas for vibrant curries and tasty, local sambols, soaking up every drop of deliciousness..
